The payment is charged and the subscription renews automatically unless the subscription is canceled or the auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the free trial or the current billing period ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions may be managed & auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
